[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading mid-level professional services engagements, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective project management.ResponsibilitiesDefines, monitors, and adjusts project scope and timelines as necessarySchedules, coordinates, and leads meetings and working sessions for team members and customersConducts customer meetings via video and voice calls, promoting active participationActs as an escalation point for project issues and initiates resolutionEnsures the company meets legal obligations through contract interpretationLeads daily customer-facing interactions via Teams/Zoom calls and emailsAdvances projects by collaborating with clients and internal resourcesEfficiently utilizes Delivery teams and their skill sets to prioritize and manage projectsUses Keyfactor’s conversation flow and technical terminology for clear, concise communicationLeads the development of processes and procedures to create scalable standardsAssists in determining and tracking team KPIsActs and speaks on behalf of the company, making autonomous decisions and encouraging teammates to do soPrioritizes customer satisfaction, resulting in referenceable accountsServes as the primary point of contact for approximately 12-16 complex enterprise projects simultaneouslyReports and escalates issues to management as neededEnsures project data in Salesforce and project management tools is up to dateSkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field required; or equivalent experienceComprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologiesModerate experience managing/interacting with 3rd party resellers/service providers/partnersIn-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologiesExceptional ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budgetAdvanced risk management and mitigation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAdvanced proficiency in project management software and toolsAbility to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peersCapacity to provide strategic direction and guidance to project teamsAbility to influence stakeholders and drive consensusAbility to develop and implement project plans that align with organizational goalsBenefitsSecond Fridays (a company-wide day off on the second Friday of every month minus November and December due to the Holiday schedule).
