They are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will manage software development and DevOps teams, bridging business, product, and engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closureDefine and control: Scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing; Risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptionsOwn project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communicationManage change control and ensure alignment with organizational standardsAct as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead as neededFacilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, RetrospectivesPromote Agile values, continuous improvement, and team maturityAct as Product Owner where a dedicated PO is not presentOwn and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is: Clearly prioritized by business value; Well-groomed and refined; Ready for developmentTranslate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaBalance delivery constraints with product goals and technical realitiesWork closely with stakeholders to: Define product vision and roadmap inputs; Manage scope and priorities; Make trade-off decisionsAccept completed work and ensure it meets business and quality expectationsLead and coordinate cross-functional teams: Software engineers, QAs, Business Analysts, UX Designers, DevOpsUnderstand system architecture well enough to: Facilitate technical discussions; Identify risks and dependencies; Support architectural decision-makingCollaborate with DevOps to ensure: Reliability, scalability, and securityServe as a primary interface between: Business stakeholders; Engineering and operationsCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesProactively manage expectations, risks, and conflictsSkillsStrong experience with PMBOK-based project managementProven ability to run hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) delivery modelsHands-on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworksStrong Product Owner skills, including: Backlog ownership and prioritization, User story writing and acceptance criteria definition, Value-driven decision-makingAbility to balance business outcomes, delivery timelines, and technical constraintsSolid understanding of: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Modern application architectures, Cloud platforms and DevOps practicesComfortable collaborating with senior engineers and architectsExcellent facilitation, prioritization, and decision-making skillsStrong ownership mindset and accountabilityAbility to lead without formal authority in cross-functional environmentsCompany Overviewprincipal33 is a fast-growing European IT company helping organizations design and deliver high-quality digital solutions, from software engineering and digital transformation to data, AI, and cloud services.
