[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. nLeague is seeking a Project Manager to provide strategic communications support for the implementation and launch of DSLConnect, a new online system for the Oregon Department of State Lands. The role involves collaborating with DSL leadership and project staff to enhance communications strategies and develop materials to prepare stakeholders for system changes.ResponsibilitiesThe Contractor will work collaboratively with DSL leadership, project staff, and communications personnel to support public awareness, stakeholder engagement, and user readiness throughout the transition to the new systemServices will include evaluating and enhancing existing communications strategies, advising on messaging and communication sequencing, and developing communications that effectively translate technical project information into clear, accessible content for external audiencesThe Contractor shall develop and deliver communication materials that inform and prepare customers, partners, Tribal governments, agencies, and other interested parties for system changes and implementation milestonesDeliverables may include communication strategies, key messages, website content, fact sheets, frequently asked questions, email communications, outreach materials, presentations, talking points, and stakeholder engagement resourcesThe Contractor may also provide change-management communications support, participate in project meetings, and provide recommendations to improve communication effectivenessAll deliverables must comply with DSL branding requirements and accessibility standards and be delivered according to a mutually agreed-upon project scheduleSkillsQualified communications consultant or firmExperience in strategic communications supportAbility to work collaboratively with leadership and project staffExperience in public awareness and stakeholder engagementAbility to evaluate and enhance existing communications strategiesExperience in advising on messaging and communication sequencingAbility to develop clear and accessible content for external audiencesExperience in developing communication materials such as strategies, key messages, website content, fact sheets, FAQs, email communications, outreach materials, presentations, talking points, and stakeholder engagement resourcesAbility to provide change-management communications supportParticipation in project meetingsAbility to provide recommendations to improve communication effectivenessCompliance with DSL branding requirements and accessibility standardsAbility to deliver according to a mutually agreed-upon project scheduleCompany OverviewnLeague is an IT company offering mobility and engineering services.
