Responsibilities Support project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution Assist with setting up client programs and configuring the AuctusIQ platform Help manage weekly client activities such as meetings, status updates, and reporting Document action items, track progress, and help ensure follow-through Prepare materials and summaries that support client and internal discussions Work closely with Client Success Managers to provide responsive, organized support to clients Communicate professionally with a variety of client partners, helping ensure a positive experience Surface questions or concerns early so they can be resolved quickly Coordinate with internal teams—including product, insights, implementation, and sales—to support project delivery Share client feedback or needs with clarity and accuracy Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen how we deliver Client Success at AuctusIQ Skills 1–2 years of experience desired in project coordination, operations, client support, or a related role Proficient using new technologies & digital platforms Inspired to learn applications for AI and data science Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (basic formulas, filtering, organizing data) Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay ahead of deadlines Reliable, accountable, and committed to quality in your work Curious, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment Company Overview AuctusIQ is a sales data and science software company.
