[Remote] Project Manager

Point Broadband is a telecommunications company seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. The role involves managing cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to project management methodologies.ResponsibilitiesPlan, initiate, manage and deliver end-to-end projects, for assigned initiatives including but not limited to network upgrades, service deployments, infrastructure installations, software/platform conversions, solution development and migrationsManage all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, communication, change management, budgeting, and executionDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDrive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, field operations, billing operations, customer systems, and field operations support teamsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathDevelop and maintain project budgets and forecasts, and ensure projects are completed within budgetProactively manage and document changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plansMonitor project progress and performance and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders in a timely and professional mannerConduct project post-mortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elementsCreate and maintain superior project documentation, including project plans, status reports, action registers, deliverable matrices, RACIs, risk and issue logsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standardsSupport post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes, capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvementOther duties as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required10+ years of project management experience required with demonstrated growth in the complexity of projects managed7+ years of telecom project management experience requiredExceptional communication and presentation skills are requiredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to create, manage, and analyze project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines using project management toolsAbility to create, manage, and track action registers and timelinesProficiency in generating reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project status and performance metricsSkilled in managing digital workflows, task assignments, and resource tracking in a collaborative team environmentCompetence in handling data entry, analysis, and tracking to support decision-making and project optimizationAbility to navigate and utilize communication and collaboration platforms for team coordination and stakeholder engagementDemonstrated ability to utilize AI technologies to enhance project management effectivenessBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredPrefer experience in complex network migrations, consolidations, technology implementations, large-scale customer conversions, and experience in software platform development and migrationsMerger and acquisition experience is strongly preferredPMP and change management certification preferred but not requiredPrefer candidates who have extensive experience with Smartsheets and utilizing automation capabilities, including email or chat task updates, and other advanced platform capabilitiesBenefitsMedical (3 plans to choose from), Dental and VisionShort Term DisabilityFlexible Spending AccountsCompany Paid Life as well as Voluntary policies401(k) with generous company matchPaid Time OffShare the Care Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysCell Phone Allowance *Applicable by Position*Career Progression OpportunitiesDiscounted Broadband Services *Where Applicable*Company OverviewPoint Broadband is providing Internet services through its wireless broadband network to residential and business customers.
