[Remote] Project Manager

The role focuses on managing and executing strategic initiatives while ensuring effective communication and governance across projects.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and drive the management and communication strategyEstablish and maintain effective program governance to ensure project objectives are met; this is inclusive of driving accountability and ensuring timely completion of deliverablesDirectly manage the planning and execution of one or many strategic initiatives and/or program work streamsFacilitate prioritization, scope control, and resource allocation decisions with program stakeholdersProvide the required program planning, including challenging financial justification and prioritization of initiativesManage key program requests and mobilize technology, business and operations to ensure requests are communicated across the enterpriseManage/oversee execution of cross-functional leadsIdentify critical risks and issues and drive issue resolution; escalating to senior management/stakeholders, using contingency planning and demonstrating appropriate risk managementDrive change across enterpriseManage critical project dependencies and ensure that all requirements are syndicated to relevant work streams and business partnersCoordinate effective communication among teams and stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's degree in related field required5 years of project management/project coordination experience7 years of related business experienceDemonstrated experience in initiating, managing and implementing complex business transformation projects/programsStrong leadership skills and able to work within a matrixed organizationStrong organization, analytical and problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to think about business problems in new ways and the ability to clarify key issues in complex situationsOperational, risk, and change management skills and experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills requiredA proven team player with the ability to partner, maintain and develop relationshipsAble to lead and motivate others and thrive in an extremely fast-paced environmentAbility to define and manage expectations while leading multiple concurrent projects/programsHighly self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self directedPMP certification or equivalent experience preferredBenefitsFull benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)A 401(k) planCompetitive compensationCompany OverviewV-Soft Consulting, an innovative corporation specializing in Information Technology consulting; including staffing, digital, and infrastructure solutions.
