[Remote] Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing engagements and internal operational initiatives, managing projects from initiation through closeout while ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery for client and internal engagements, from charter through closeoutDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using MS Project, Smartsheet, and OnePlanDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholdersApply hybrid methodology, blending waterfall structure with agile flexibility based on project contextServe as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building long-term trustFacilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, and steering committee updatesIdentify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies proactivelyProduce clear, concise project status reports and executive-level communicationsLead cross-functional project teams of varying sizes in a fully remote environmentPartner with resource managers to staff projects and manage capacity across concurrent engagementsMentor junior PMs and contribute to continuous improvement of ppmworks delivery standardsMaintain project data integrity and reporting within OnePlan and other PPM platformsTrack and manage project financials including budget forecasting, actuals, and variance reportingConduct lessons learned sessions and contribute findings to the ppmworks knowledge baseSkills5–10 years of project management experience, including client-facing engagementsDemonstrated success delivering projects of varying scale and complexity across diverse industriesProficiency with an enterprise PM tool for scheduling, resource management, and reportingHands-on experience with hybrid project deliveryStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiencesProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a remote, distributed environmentExperience managing project financials: budgets, forecasting, and variance analysisMust have AI acumen with the ability to be a leader by leveraging AIPMP (Project Management Professional) certificationExperience with OnePlan or similar enterprise PPM platformsAgile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)Background in professional services, consulting, or technology deliveryExperience implementing or administering PPM tools on behalf of clientsBenefitsCompetitive salaryBenefits packageOpportunities for career growthCompany OverviewWe are a OnePlan and Microsoft Gold Partner offering full service Microsoft Work Management consultancy, focused on OnePlan, Microsoft 365, Project, Teams, Power Platform, and SharePoint services and solutions.
