They are hiring a mid-level Project Manager to strengthen execution discipline and ensure predictable delivery across their programs.ResponsibilitiesMaintain structured deployment and UAT dashboards; track environment readiness and production milestonesSurface blockers with clear owners and timelines; prepare weekly health summariesMaintain risk registers, action trackers, and change logsMonitor sprint commitments, scope control, and cross-team dependenciesEnsure documentation, approvals, and artifacts are audit-readyDraft structured weekly status updates and coordinate cross-team working sessionsSkills3 to 6 years of project management experience in software or tech environmentsExecutes with discipline and doesn't need hand-holdingComfortable engaging directly with engineering teamsExperience with Jira, ClickUp, or similar toolsStrong written communication skills, including government-facing documentation and stakeholder reportingStrong dashboarding and milestone tracking skillsFamiliarity with Agile delivery environmentsBasic understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based systems (AWS a plus)Must be a US citizen and eligible to obtain a CACPrior military, federal, or compliance-driven environment experience (RMF, ATO, FedRAMP)Company OverviewTurboVets: Simplifying Active Duty & Veteran Benefits with Speed and Precision Founded by veterans and tech innovators, TurboVets is on a mission to make it easier for veterans to secure the benefits they deserve.
