[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 21Tech is seeking a Project Manager to join their team, which specializes in implementing and maintaining Hexagon EAM solutions in the public sector. The role involves leading project teams, managing project life cycles, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives across multiple projects.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestonesFull project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneouslyManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesDrive path forward on projects by acting as liaison between client and 21Tech project teams providing clarity, strategy, and direction on business process and functional solutionsPrepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projectManagement of scope, issues, risks, budget and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project deliveryManage the day-to-day project activities and resources and facilitate the project team meetingsCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program teamDeliver appropriate and effective executive level communicationExtensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniquesSkills8+ years of technology-related project management experience involving software implementation and/or upgradesAbility to lead large and complex projects (multi-year and over $5 Million in services revenue)Intermediate or better experience level in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/WaterfallStrong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizationsSuccessfully managed project teams with 5-10 resourcesBuild and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, and achieve objectivesExcellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skillsExperience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessaryTechnically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and Microsoft ProjectAdept at conducting research into project-related issues and productsBA/BS in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related fieldPMP Certification not required, but preferred3+ years of technology-related consulting experience in Asset Management solutions is advantageous and can strengthen a candidate's competitiveness for the roleCompany Overview21Tech is an IT company providing business and technology solutions.
