While they figure out what to build and who to influence, you ensure the actual work gets sequenced, assigned, and delivered on timeHigh Leverage & Automation: You ruthlessly optimize and automate your own operational workflows. You utilize modern tools (AI, Zapier, scripts, advanced Jira automations) to scale your output, minimizing manual administrative work so you can focus on proactively unblocking the teamSkills3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS, fintech, or technical software startup, including experience working with enterprise clientsEntrepreneurial Drive: You are a self-starter with a demonstrated history of taking initiative.
