They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee client engagements, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure clear communication to deliver projects successfully.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple client projects end-to-endTrack and maintain project timelines, budgets, and overall healthEnsure delivery stays aligned with scope, expectations, and constraintsIdentify risks early and escalate when neededTrack project hours, burn rates, and utilizationMonitor project budgets to ensure alignment with delivery expectationsFlag risks to timeline or margin early and clearlyMaintain accurate and up-to-date reporting across projectsManage and maintain project roadmaps, priorities, and requirementsEnsure work is clearly defined, scoped, and ready for executionCollaborate with engineering to translate requirements into actionable workAdapt plans as project needs evolve—especially in AI-driven environmentsServe as a primary point of contact for clients during deliveryMaintain clear, proactive, and consistent communicationEnsure expectations are aligned and updated throughout the project lifecycleSupport strong client satisfaction and long-term relationshipsWork closely with engineering to ensure alignment on priorities and timelinesCoordinate across stakeholders to keep work moving efficientlyEnsure smooth handoffs and communication across teamsSkills3+ years of experience in project management within: Professional services, Consulting, Custom software or digital product developmentExperience managing timelines, budgets, and client communicationStrong organizational and prioritization skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, etc.)Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery methodologiesComfort working in environments where requirements evolve over timeExperience working on AI, automation, or technical projectsCompany OverviewSoftware development shouldn't feel like a gamble.
