The role involves planning, execution oversight, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery governance across multiple migration workstreams.ResponsibilitiesProvide project management for IBM Z software migration projects and coordinate multiple technical workstreams as requiredDefine project scope, develop plans and timelines, manage resources, and track execution against milestones and deliverablesReport status, scope changes, risks, challenges, and requirements to leadership and stakeholdersApply planning, tracking, change control, and risk management practices to support successful deliverySupport vendor coordination and alignment of workstreams to business objectivesSkillsStrong technical project management experience, ideally in software migration or IBM Z environmentsDemonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical teams with responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, risk, and contractual deliverablesExperience leading or supporting migration programs that replace competitive / ISV tools with IBM solutions across the IBM Z estateStrong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and reporting skillsKnowledge of IBM mainframe technologies and IBM Z softwareAbility to assess migration impact on existing processes and support structured change managementPMP or PRINCE2Experience with mainframe application development technologies such as COBOL or PL/ICompany OverviewWe provide Talent Solutions for the AI Era.
