[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading customer onboarding, implementation, and expansion projects for foundations and nonprofits, ensuring effective use of technology to enhance donor engagement and maximize mission impact.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation projects, from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer SupportCreate detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations based on customer requirementsCoordinate internal technical resources, consultants, and customer stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveryMonitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependenciesMaintain clear and consistent status reporting for customers and internal teamsServe as the primary point of contact for customers during implementationFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering discussionsCommunicate technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented wayManage customer expectations, scope, and priorities to ensure alignment throughout the projectCreate Executive level steerco materialsValidate that configured solutions meet customer business needs and follow best practicesCollaborate with solution architects, technical consultants, and engineering teams to resolve blockersOversee data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Ensure projects follow established implementation methodologies and quality standardsProvide customer feedback and insights to Sales, Product and support for ongoing improvementPartner with Sales and Digital Transformation during pre-sales cycles for scoping, estimating, and proposal developmentTransition customers seamlessly to Customer Success/Support post go-live with documented handoff notesContribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, templates, and playbooksIdentify opportunities to improve project efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomesSkills3–7+ years of project management experience, ideally within SaaS, software implementation, or IT servicesStrong understanding of SaaS delivery models, data migration, integrations, and cloud technologiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasksPMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or other PM certificationsPrior experience working in a Professional Services or Customer Success organizationFamiliarity with API integrations and data mapping conceptsExperience in enterprise SaaS software (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, security, analytics)BenefitsWe offer competitive salary and benefits, including tuition, and lifestyle reimbursements, and bespoke mindfulness and fitness initiatives.With our Flexible PTO policy, you’ll have the freedom to manage your time in a way that supports your personal well-being and professional success.We’re committed to your professional and personal development.
