[Remote] Project Manager

Atlantic-AE specializes in commercial and industrial architecture, managing projects across the Eastern and Central U.S. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment across internal teams and clients.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage commercial and industrial projects from design through constructionServe as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, consultants, and vendorsOversee project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful deliveryLead internal teams by setting expectations, tracking progress, and maintaining accountabilityCoordinate consultant teams and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelinesPrepare proposals, including consultant scopes, schedules, and fee structuresMonitor project financials and track performance against budget and schedule targetsOversee permitting coordination and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulationsMaintain organized project documentation and communication across all stakeholdersIdentify risks early and proactively work toward solutionsSkills4-8 years of experience in architectural project management or related fieldDegree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management requiredExperience managing commercial and/or industrial projects requiredStrong understanding of project budgets, schedules, and deliverablesExperience leading internal teams and coordinating consultants and vendorsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environmentStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel for site visits, client meetings, and team events as neededProficiency in Revit and standard project coordination tools preferredBenefitsQuarterly and yearly bonus opportunities.401(k) with employer contributions.Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision).A fully remote and collaborative team.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Company OverviewAtlantic-AE is an architecture and design firm that specializes in the Commercial, Industrial.
