Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a clinical or health-related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 2+ years of experience in leading Global Clinical Trials. • Background in Project Management within CROs, Biotech, or Pharma companies. • Experience in project scheduling and resource management. • Knowledge of the full clinical development process, including regulatory submissions. • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
