The role involves moderating video submissions, managing creator relationships, and ensuring quality assurance in content while maintaining timely communication with program participants.ResponsibilitiesApplication Review: Review applicant profiles and portfolios to ensure alignment with DoorDash’s brand voice and community standardsCreator Relations & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, managing the team inbox to provide timely, professional correspondence regarding onboarding, technical support, and program updatesContent Quality Assurance: Moderate video submissions, assessing content against community guidelines and quality benchmarksStrategic Sourcing: Conduct targeted lead generation to identify high-potential creators, building robust pipelines that support the expansion of the social commerce ecosystemTeam Feedback: Document trends and potential issues encountered in the above processes and partner with the team to create solutions for improvementContent Savvy: Basic familiarity with short-form video platforms and what makes a video "high-quality" or "engaging" to a modern audienceSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred1-3 years' experience in customer relationship management, social media management, or content moderation preferredMust be comfortable using Google Sheets, Slack, and GmailStrong communication skills and ability to ask questions clearly and conciselyPossess a high-level of focus and attention to detailComfortable with potentially repetitive tasks while constantly raising the bar of quality of outputAble to work across multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standardsInterest and excitement about food and/or content creation is a plusThe team works east coast hoursCompany OverviewIn today’s dynamic and competitive market, success hinges on mastering three key areas: Data Intelligence, Business Resilience, and Digital Experience.
