[Remote] Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and cross-functional teams in delivering software initiatives, ensuring project organization, documentation, and communication for successful outcomes.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update project schedules, task lists, and milestones in project management toolsTrack and update RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)Monitor progress against plan and flag risks, dependencies, and delays to the Project ManagerSupport tracking of change requests, scope updates, and project decisionsMaintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and artifacts in designated repositoriesPrepare weekly project status reports and dashboards for internal and customer stakeholdersCapture meeting notes, action items, and decisions; follow up to ensure closureEnsure project records follow established standards and frameworksCoordinate and support internal and external project meetingsPrepare agendas, materials, and presentations for project forumsDistribute meeting minutes and action items in a timely mannerServe as a communication bridge between Project Managers, delivery teams, and stakeholdersTrack team time, allocations, and PTO as needed for project planningSupport budget tracking and basic financial reportingMonitor tickets, defects, and issues in systems such as Jira or ServiceNowAssist with SharePoint or project site setup and ongoing maintenanceEnsure projects adhere to defined delivery methodologies and governance standardsIdentify opportunities to improve project coordination, reporting, and execution efficiencySupport audits, readiness reviews, and operational checkpoints as requiredSkills1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related roleStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsComfort working with cross-functional teams in a software or technology settingExperience in a SaaS, software, or professional services organizationFamiliarity with project and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, SharePoint, or similarExposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceCAPM from PMI or equivalent certificationCompany OverviewHealthEdge Software offers benefits administration and care management software solutions.
