[Remote] Project Controls Coordinator

The Project Controls Coordinator will support the Project Delivery team in managing project tasks throughout design, construction, and deployment, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily activities with Cavnue Project Managers, contractors and subcontractors to address issues and maintain project progressAssist in developing contract modifications, addenda, and other project documentationPrepare daily reports, maintain accurate records, and support project documentation controlManage Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely submission, tracking, and documentationManage project budgets and schedules to support on-time, on-budget deliveryTrack risk/opportunity register across all projectsSupport proposal development and production, including materials, presentations, and compliance documentationAssist Project Delivery staff in identifying problems, developing solutions, and coordinating stakeholder meetingsMaintain electronic file systems and project portals, providing administrative support and facilitating communication with DOT and other stakeholdersInterface with Cavnue and Consor leadership for monthly/quarterly project reviewsSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management1+ years of experience in project engineering or construction/project management on large-scale highway and/or ITS projectsExperience with DOT or local agency construction projects, including field inspection and project engineering rolesKnowledge of DOT documentation and Document Controls, Standard Specifications for Construction, contract modifications, and contractor payment proceduresExperience with scheduling softwareExperience with estimating, budgeting, and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycleProficiency with Field Manager and ProjectWiseStrong ability to collaborate with consultants and contractors, with excellent professional communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, applying innovative problem-solving skillsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision benefitsLife insurance and disability insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid Parental leaveFertility and infertility benefitsIndustry-competitive PTOLearning and development opportunitiesCompany OverviewCavnue combines technology and road infrastructure to unlock the full potential of connected and autonomous vehicles.
