[Remote] Project Control Analyst

They are seeking a Project Control Analyst to support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule, track program tasks and deliverables, and coordinate inputs for management reviews and briefings.ResponsibilitiesSupport development, baseline, maintenance, and updates of the Integrated Master ScheduleTrack program tasks, milestones, deliverables, action items, risks, dependencies, due dates, owners, and decision pointsSupport monthly cost, schedule, and performance reportingCoordinate inputs for monthly Program Management Reviews and quarterly executive briefingsMaintain action item trackers, meeting cadence plans, standing agendas, risk registers, and status reporting artifactsHelp ensure deliverables are submitted on time through government-approved platformsTrack government review timelines, feedback, resubmissions, approvals, and open deficienciesSupport sprint-cycle coordination by tracking backlog status, sprint milestones, review dates, demos, retrospectives, and acceptance activitiesCoordinate logistics for recurring meetings, stakeholder sessions, working groups, reviews, and briefingsIdentify schedule conflicts, delivery risks, unresolved dependencies, missing inputs, and bottlenecksWork with the Senior Data or Systems Engineer, Business Analyst, Stakeholder Relationship Manager, and government contractor leadership to keep workstreams alignedSupport documentation needed for transition-out planning and final program acceptanceSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field4+ years of project control, project coordination, program analysis, PMO support, scheduling, operations, or government contractor support experienceExperience maintaining project schedules, milestone trackers, action item logs, risk registers, status reports, or deliverable trackersStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar project/program management toolsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to organize complex workstreams and provide clear status visibilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders and frequent reporting requirementsExperience supporting federal government, healthcare IT, or government contractor programsExperience with Integrated Master Schedules, cost/schedule/performance reporting, CDRL tracking, or contract deliverable managementFamiliarity with Agile delivery environments, sprint schedules, backlog tracking, and release coordinationExperience supporting executive briefings, program management reviews, or formal government reportingUnderstanding of acquisition, cybersecurity, data governance, or health IT program environmentsPMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, Agile, Scrum, or related certification is a plusBenefitsHealth BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunitiesCompany OverviewICONMA: Your Partner in Global Staffing Solutions and Digital Transformation ICONMA is a globally recognized, Woman-Owned staff augmentation and technology consulting firm.
