[Remote] Project Analyst I

The Project Analyst I role involves supporting payer-facing revenue integrity projects, managing invoicing, receivables processing, and client reporting.ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparing, reviewing, and delivering client invoice packages on an established schedule using TREND’s internal systemsMonitor and link receivables to overpayments in TRENDConnect; document exceptions and request support when neededProcess payer inventory following defined workflows and assigned frequenciesPrepare Accounts Payable requests and submit for leadership approvalMaintain client bank files, including deposit recording and review of aging fundsReview overpayments through quality assurance workflows as assignedMaintain required payer system access and complete assigned compliance trainingUpdate internal process documentation and follow established proceduresSupport Client Success and Operations with special projects involving invoicing, receivables, or payment workflowsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and escalate issues appropriatelySkillsHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare, or related field preferred, or equivalent healthcare experienceBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365Strong attention to detail, time management, and written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow established workflows, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a team environmentInterest in developing a career in revenue integrity, payment integrity, or healthcare financeIdentify opportunities for process improvements and escalate issues appropriatelyBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare, or related field preferred, or equivalent healthcare experienceBenefitsCompetitive salariesHighly valued health insuranceA 401(k) plan with employer matchPaid parental leaveCompany OverviewTrend Health Partners is an employee owned company that provides payment accuracy services for people.
