[Remote] Project Administrator

The Project Administrator will support the implementation of hardware and software solutions across multiple restaurant and retail locations, coordinating project activities and ensuring timely and scoped project delivery.ResponsibilitiesDrive execution across complex rollouts by coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring key milestones are met across multiple concurrent projectsKeep stakeholders informed and alignedâfrom internal teams to external partners and executivesâby delivering clear, timely updates and proactively identifying risksEnsure implementation readiness by validating that all pre-install requirements, configurations, and dependencies are complete before deploymentOwn follow-through on critical details, helping resolve gaps in readiness, incomplete installs, and operational issues to ensure a smooth customer experiencePartner closely with Project Managers to maintain schedules, manage risks, track actions, and continuously improve delivery processesElevate operational visibility through reporting and post-install insights that help drive accountability and inform better decision-makingAt its core, this role is about connecting people, processes, and technologyâmaking sure nothing falls through the cracks and that every implementation delivers on its promiseSkillsStrong understanding of project management methodologies, PMO standards, and documentation practicesAbility to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environmentExperience communicating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to identify needs and evaluate solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey sensitive information tactfullyProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsStrong organizational, follow-through, and attention-to-detail skillsExperience working in customer-facing environments (5+ years preferred)Familiarity with order-to-cash processes, customer relationship management, and financial systemsCompany OverviewPAR Technology creates and markets products that help restaurant and retail operators.
