The Programmatic Media Buyer will create, execute, and measure media campaigns for clients, ensuring alignment with fundraising goals and providing insights for future strategies.ResponsibilitiesCreate, execute, and measure programmatic media campaignsDevelop Connected TV, display, and audio ad strategies that align with clients’ budgets and overall fundraising goalsDetermine campaign-specific goals, ensure conversion tracking is accurately established, and optimize based on performance dataAssist web development/technical teams with pixel placementReview campaign results on a regular basis; produce KPI reports and provide insights for future testing, potential audience expansion, or inventory selectionProvide recommendations on other digital strategies to support linear DRTV, including search engine marketing, display advertising, landing page, and conversion rate optimizationWork with the media planners and account management team to track budgets and invoicingSkills2+ years of programmatic experience requiredBachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or universityHands on DSP platform programmatic experience requiredAbility to review performance reports and make campaign optimizationsStrong ability to analyze data and make actionable decisions, and easily digestible recommendationsStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredAn eagerness to stay on top of the latest digital advertising and industry trendsFriendly, customer-service oriented attitudeProficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelNonprofit or fundraising experience is a plusAdvertising, Marketing, Business, or Communications preferredConnected TV buying experience preferredBenefitsComprehensive healthcarePaid holidaysGenerous paid time offCompany OverviewMoore is a constituent experience company that integrates the donor experience across all platforms, channels, and devices.
