[Remote] Program Support Analyst - Delta Point

The Program Support Analyst (PSA) supports program management and operations by analyzing program data, developing reports, and identifying improvement opportunities across various program functions.ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret program data related to performance, cost, schedule, and resource utilizationDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics used by program leadership to monitor program performanceAnalyze program processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunitiesSupport the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and workflow diagramsAssist with program planning activities, including workload forecasting and resource planningTrack actions, milestones, and deliverables across program initiativesPrepare clear, concise briefings and written analyses for leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersCoordinate with internal corporate operations (teams) such as finance and accounting, human resources, IT, and Security to realize program goalsSupport ad hoc analysis and special projects as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field3–5 years of experience in an operations, analysis, business, or program support roleAnalyzing and maintain data within spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and open-source AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-Pilot, Claude, etc) to track performance metrics and support data-driven decision makingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsManaging multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentMust be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident with proper authorization to work in the United States (Form I-551)Successful completion of a pre-employment screening (Citizenship Check, employment authorization check, Criminal Background Check, Credit / Financial Check, Education Verification, and Employment References Check)DHS Background Investigation (e-APP, Fingerprinting and Public Trust Investigation) and Continuous Vetting (Under Trusted Workforce 2.0)Currently reside in the United States or its TerritoriesHave resided within the United States or its Territories for three or more years out of the last fiveSupporting government, professional services, or project-based organizationsFamiliarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)Developing reports or dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platformsCompany OverviewDelta Point LLC is an SBA (8a) Certified Alaska Native Village Corporation (ANC) and socio-economically disadvantaged small business.
