[Remote] Program Manager, Wholesale - Contract

The role involves coordinating across various teams to ensure successful wholesale launches, managing timelines, and improving processes within the wholesale function.ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate account onboarding end-to-end — coordinating across ops, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to get new wholesale partners up and running smoothlyServe as a key liaison between Account Managers and internal stakeholders, translating partner needs into actionable tasks and keeping everyone alignedManage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams simultaneouslySupport the design and execution of wholesale programs, ensuring the right teams are involved at the right timeTrack program milestones and proactively surface blockers, risks, or gaps before they become problemsMaintain clear documentation so that processes, decisions, and statuses are visible to all stakeholdersIdentify inefficiencies in how the wholesale function operates and develop practical solutionsBuild and refine repeatable processes for onboarding, fulfillment coordination, compliance, and other recurring workflowsCreate playbooks, SOPs, and tools that help the team scale without adding unnecessary complexitySkills3–5 years of experience in program management, wholesale operations, or a cross-functional coordination role — ideally within home goods, décor, or consumer productsA natural ability to work across teams and functions, keeping projects moving without direct authority over stakeholdersStrong process orientation — you spot inefficiencies, design better ways of working, and actually follow through on implementing themExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting prioritiesClear, concise communicator — equally effective in a Slack thread, a status doc, or a cross-functional meetingComfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn't yet existProficient in Google SuiteFamiliarity with wholesale operations, retailer compliance requirements, or EDI processesExperience working closely with or in support of a sales or account management teamExperience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer technology environmentsProficient in AirtableCompany OverviewRuggable leverages its patented technology to design and manufacture machine-washable rugs.
