[Remote] Program Manager - Train AI Data Services

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing large scale client programs, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring quality and timeline requirements are met while mentoring staff and maintaining client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead the end‑to‑end delivery for programs supporting a strategic clientOversee complex workstreams including annotation, labeling, linguistic validation, data operations, and ML pipeline supportImplement governance frameworks, dashboards, and delivery controls that meet the strategic client’s standardsApply data-driven decision-making to optimize throughput, accuracy, and productivityManage, mentor and motivate staff, provide project team oversight and supervisionOversee development of project plans and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement planEnsure delivery KPIs, SLAs, quality targets, and performance metrics are consistently achievedDrive root-cause analyses and systemic improvement initiativesTrack project P&L, budget and POs to ensure proper and timely invoicingManage and maintain existing business and grow new opportunities within the accountSkills5 – 7 years of experience in Senior Project Management in fields like Machine Learning or Data ServicesDeep understanding of AI/ML data operations, large-scale services delivery, or digital operationsExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsProficiency with program management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Tableau, Monday.com, etc.)Experience managing multinational delivery teams across multiple programs/projects within an accountProven experience in technology environment and in applicable vertical marketProven people, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to understand P&L financialsAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary informationBS or BA degree in a business or technology related field preferredExperience working with hyperscale technology clients (strongly preferred)BenefitsGenerous paid time off package, starting at 25 days per year (10 sick and 15 vacation), plus company holidays, birthday day off, paid volunteer time, and 100% paid parental leave.401(k) Retirement plan with company match.Company-wide agile work policy with flexible work arrangements.Opportunities for training, professional development, and personal growth.Company OverviewRWS is a global AI solutions company empowering the world’s most trusted enterprise AI.
