The Program Manager will provide operational, project management, and strategic research support to senior leadership, ensuring the alignment and execution of high-priority initiatives across various business functions.ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage strategic initiatives across the Strategic Initiatives & Business Development departmentMaintain initiative roadmaps, project plans, dashboards, and status reporting utilizing tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft PowerPoint, and ExcelPartner with stakeholders across business functions to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and deliverables are achievedMaintain risk, dependency, and issue logs while proactively identifying blockers and recommending solutionsMonitor action items, ownership, and deadlines while driving accountability across teamsCreate executive summaries, status reports, and leadership updates highlighting progress, milestones, risks, decisions required, and strategic impactSupport project governance processes and establish visibility into initiative performance and outcomesDevelop agendas for leadership, team, and cross-functional meetings in collaboration with the SVPFacilitate meeting coordination, document key decisions, capture action items, and follow through to ensure completionCoordinate meeting cadence and scheduling with internal and external stakeholdersPrepare briefing materials and talking points for leadership meetings, presentations, and strategic discussionsFoster communication and alignment across business units to support successful initiative executionEnsure stakeholders remain informed of project progress, priorities, risks, and required actionsPrepare client, manufacturer, partner, and prospect briefing materials related to business development activitiesConduct research on prospective partners, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders to support business development strategyDevelop market and target profiles that provide actionable insights regarding competitive positioning and growth opportunitiesCoordinate follow-up activities throughout the business development pipeline to ensure opportunities continue to advanceManage pipeline review meetings and support reporting related to business development performance and opportunitiesOrganize RFP activities, collect supporting materials, and coordinate responses with internal stakeholdersConduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis to support strategic planning and executive decision-makingCompile manufacturer landscape assessments and industry overviewsSupport research efforts related to potential acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunitiesTrack PBM, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industry trends and communicate key business implications to leadershipAssist with market-sizing activities, opportunity assessments, and business case developmentSupport quarterly business reviews and strategic planning activitiesPrepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and leadership communicationsTrack strategic priorities and ensure visibility into progress against organizational goalsSupport the SVP with special projects, research requests, and operational prioritiesMaintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive business informationPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
