Your expertise in program management will drive complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to execution, specifically aimed at supporting the Navy. You will coordinate diverse teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering collaborative communication with stakeholders at all levels. Accountabilities • Oversee and direct diverse teams, executing multifaceted assignments with strategic foresight. • Ensure performance, cost, and schedule goals are met or exceeded across all projects. • Provide maintenance, technical, and operational support for enterprise systems. • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, driving clarity and alignment across teams. Requirements • Active Secret clearance required. • 10+ years of experience in engineering with enterprise/computer systems. • 5 years of experience managing Firm Fixed Price programs of at least $100M. • Experience with cloud-based and application initiatives in a Navy environment. • 5+ years leading technical teams in dynamic environments. • Proficient in integrated program management: cost, schedule, performance, and risk. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. • PMP certification is required.
