They are seeking a Program Manager to own the execution of individual New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring project alignment and progress.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full NPI launch lifecycle from intake through post-launch review, including project planning and milestone tracking for each active effortFacilitate recurring NPI ceremonies to keep launches on track, cross-functional workstreams aligned, and launch readiness confirmed before Go/No-Go decisionsOwn the action item and decision log out of each session, and drive closure on open items and approvals between sessionsCoordinate with functional leads across Marketing, Legal, CX, Engineering, and Sales Enablement to track workstream progress and surface risks earlyAggregate post-launch metrics for NPI monitoringBuild and maintain executive-facing status reports on a regular cadenceProactively identify and escalate risks and blockers, keeping launches moving without requiring active managementSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of program management experience in a SaaS or B2B environmentExperience managing New Product Introduction (NPI), product launch, go-to-market, or commercialization programs end to endDemonstrated ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal, Customer Experience, Engineering, and SalesStrong project planning skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs at varying levels of complexityFamiliarity with project management or program tracking toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiencesExperience preparing and delivering executive or leadership-facing status reports and communicationProject management certificationBenefitsCompetitive base salary, bonus and equity as part of our employee ownership plan.A comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance plansPaid time offA generous 401k match with no vesting periodParental leave3 volunteering days each yearCompany OverviewAccuris is an engineering workflow solutions platform.
