They are seeking a data-driven Industrial Engineer / Program Manager to enhance operational efficiency through innovative warehouse design and project management.ResponsibilitiesOversee facility construction and equipment installation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards in partnership with external contractors and internal stakeholdersEvaluate and implement improvements to rack and bin elevations, ensuring optimal use of vertical and horizontal storage spaces while maintaining safety and operational standardsUtilize CAD tools and data analytics to redesign warehouse layouts, focusing on efficient space utilization and alignment with inventory turnover rates and operational demandsDevelop and maintain performance metrics dashboards using tools like SQL and Power BI to track the impact of optimization initiatives and identify further opportunities for improvementManage and coordinate projects involving third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
