They are seeking a strategic and client-focused Program Manager to lead high-impact consulting engagements and cultivate long-term client relationships while ensuring that client objectives are met and opportunities for growth are identified.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary strategic advisor to clients, aligning consulting solutions with business goalsLead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects across multiple industriesDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the engagement lifecycleDrive business development by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful deliveryFacilitate executive-level communications and stakeholder reportingOversee financial performance of engagements, including billing, and forecastingCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and client satisfactionSupport strategic transformation initiatives for clientsContribute to the development of consulting methodologies, templates, and best practicesSkills8+ years of experience in strategic consulting and program management within an enterprise client-facing roleProven track record managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and executive audiencesStrong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)Solid technical foundation, including experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud-based solutionsExperience managing project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and milestone-based fundingDemonstrated strength in client engagement management, including expectation setting, executive communication, risk mitigation, and issue resolutionExcellent verbal and written communication skills with audiences at all organizational levelsAbility to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable plans and insightsConfident decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent engagementsCollaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft ProjectBachelor's degree preferredPMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification, or equivalent project management education preferredPrior experience delivering Microsoft Cloud projects or working with Microsoft funding programs is a plusBenefitsCompetitive health, dental, and vision insuranceWe cover 100% of employee medical premiumsGenerous and flexible paid time off (PTO)Retirement plan optionsOngoing training opportunitiesFlexible work arrangementsRobust wellness programsCompany OverviewWe’re Cyclotron.
