They are seeking a high-performing Program Manager to join their M&A Integration team, responsible for turning strategic acquisitions into operational reality by managing integration efforts from planning through execution.ResponsibilitiesDrive End-to-End Integration: Lead the execution of all post-acquisition integration plans from initial planning through final handover to the business, owning timelines, managing risks, and facilitating all key integration meetingsTrack Strategic Synergies: Be responsible for tracking the realization of all financial and strategic synergies modeled by Corporate Development during the diligence phaseCreate Structure & Accountability: Translate high-level integration goals into detailed project roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows that create momentum across teamsManage Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with leaders across Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align on priorities, remove roadblocks, and push execution forwardEnsure Executive Visibility: Maintain crisp project documentation and dashboards, and inform all stakeholders, including senior leadership, on progress and escalationsBuild the M&A Playbook: Codify learnings from each deal into a repeatable M&A integration playbook that will scale across all future acquisitionsSkills2+ years of experience in project/program management, operations strategy, consulting, or a similar strategic roleExperience in a startup or high-growth environmentExperience independently leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through executionDemonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, without formal authorityExperience managing timelines, tracking risks, and ensuring accountability across multiple teamsProven ability to communicate complex information clearly in written and verbal formTrack record of delivering high-quality work with strong attention to detail and follow-throughDirect experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or supply chain operations is a strong plusFluency in modern project management tools, like Asana or Jira, and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience with financial models and analysis, with the ability to track performance against strategic and financial synergy targetsCompany OverviewStord provides commerce enablement software and logistics services for e-commerce and omnichannel brands.
