[Remote] Program Manager III - Small Molecule, GMP

They are seeking a Program Manager III to manage client relationships and ensure the timely delivery of program objectives, overseeing project coordination and management while acting as the primary liaison among clients and project teams.ResponsibilitiesFacilitates routine client facing meetings and attends internal meetingsCoordinates client visits in tandem with Business Development and Lab Operations managementSupports/Leads program governance modelOversees complex stability launch coordinationResponsible for the FTE project management, including setup, monitoring and completionResponsible for client project prioritizationEstablishes project status trackers, distributes to project team, and reviews output to ensure project deliverables are metEvaluates and escalates risks across projects, monitoring and soliciting feedbackResponsible for projections/forecasts for large FTE programs, adhering to client budgets and utilization targets, adjusting forecasts or project priority weekly as necessary; communicate routine FTE utilization and spendManages contract process in tandem with Business Development, owns individual client project contract renewals, ensures appropriate review from relevant stakeholders; drives new opportunities from existing clientsProvides training and support to Program Manager I and Program Manager II, driving consistency with program management processesResponsible for client relationship.
