In this role, you will develop optimized processes for handling export shipments to connected countries and create efficient customs clearance and last-mile delivery solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize processes for cross-border shipping exportsCreate efficient customs clearance and last-mile delivery solutionsAnalyze data using various tools to highlight successes and areas for improvementDevelop action plans and implement process improvements based on data analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the global shipping experienceContribute to the globalization of B2C delivery services, setting new industry standardsSkills3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsBachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative fieldExperience working with and managing third party vendors3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesIf you are not sure that every qualification on the list above describes you exactly, we'd still love to hear from you!
