[Remote] Program Manager I

Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee facility operations under the Consolidated Facility Services (CFS) Task Order for the Department of State. This role is responsible for overall contract performance, ensuring efficient and compliant facility services aligned with Department of State objectives.ResponsibilitiesServes as the single point of contact (POC) for the Government and is responsible for overall contract performance and execution. This includes ensuring alignment with mission requirements and contractual objectivesProvides unified leadership across all operational and maintenance functions to ensure efficient, coordinated, and uninterrupted facility operationsDevelops, implements, and maintains the Program Management Plan (PMP), including planning, scheduling, risk management, and continuous improvement initiativesOversees preventive and corrective maintenance activities in alignment with Consolidated Facility Services (CFS) requirements and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologiesEnsures compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and safety standards, including federal, state, and Department of State requirementsManages contract financial performance, including cost control, resource allocation, and adherence to budgetary constraintsSupervises contractor personnel and ensures staffing levels, qualifications, and training requirements are met in accordance with contract requirementsOversees Work Control and CMMS (Maximo) operations to ensure accurate work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and data integrityMonitors performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) requirements to ensure contract complianceConducts meetings with Government stakeholders and provides required reports, including performance metrics, safety updates, and operational statusOversees Quality Control and Safety programs to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standardsCoordinates with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and other stakeholders to prioritize work and align execution with mission requirementsSupports specialized services, including environmental compliance and energy management, as required by the contractSkillsPossess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related discipline, or equivalent experienceMaintain an active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance as required for access to controlled areasHold a relevant professional certification, such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Certificate (FMC), or Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM)Have a minimum of 10–15 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or program managementDemonstrate experience working in federal or high-security environments with similar operational complexityProvide in-person supervision and coordination, as remote performance is not permitted under this contractExperience supporting Department of State or similar federal facilities programs, demonstrating familiarity with mission requirements and operational expectationsDemonstrate experience managing contracts with annual values ranging from approximately $5 million to $10 millionExpertise in implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies to optimize asset performance and lifecycle costsExperience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as Maximo, for asset management, work order tracking, and reportingPossess strong knowledge of federal codes and standards, including OSHA, NFPA, and environmental compliance requirementsExperience managing multidisciplinary teams in secure environments while maintaining operational efficiency and complianceDemonstrate strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively interface with Government personnel and internal teamsExperience managing KPI/AQL-driven performance contracts and supporting Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) complianceBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionDisability protectionLife insurancePrescription coverageVoluntary benefitsPaid leave401(k) retirementPositions covered by the McNamara O’Hara Service Contract Act (SCA), Davis-Bacon Act (DBA), or a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), or Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will comply with the statute or CBA requirements as well as other client–customer contract requirements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)Company OverviewAlutiiq, LLC is the premier Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) and our subsidiaries provide exceptional services to our customers across a diverse spectrum of capabilities.
