[Remote] Program Manager, Global Onboarding
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 11:11 Systems is seeking a Program Manager for Global Onboarding to enhance their onboarding experience for new hires. This role involves designing and managing scalable onboarding programs, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with company strategy, and improving the overall new hire experience through effective communication and training tools.ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy and roadmap for 11:11’s global onboarding program, aligned with company culture, values, and talent prioritiesMaintain a globally consistent onboarding framework that balances enterprise standards with regional business, cultural, and compliance needsDesign and manage the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including orientation, learning paths, manager resources, and Day 1 readinessTrack onboarding metrics and stakeholder feedback to evaluate effectiveness, improve the program, and inform leadership decisionsDevelop and maintain onboarding content, playbooks, templates, and communications that are accurate, scalable, on-brand, and easy to useLeverage modern HR systems, automation, AI, and other digital tools to scale our onboard workflows and improve the new hire experiencePartner with fellow HR teammates and leaders across the business to gather feedback, align onboarding to business needs, and strengthen engagement, retention, and connection to cultureConsult with business and functional leaders to define role expectations and create standardized BU- and team-level onboarding success plans, then track adoption and effectivenessManage external vendors and support execution of broader People Operations programs, communications, systems, reporting, and process improvementWork supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company ValuesResponsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policiesReview and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgementsAdditional duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent years of demonstrated experience5+ years of progressive experience in HR, including ownership of global onboarding and employee lifecycle programsExperience leading complex cross-functional programs, including roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and change managementExperience facilitating engaging virtual and in-person sessions for new hires and people leadersKnowledge of global onboarding requirements and employee experience best practices, with the ability to balance consistency and regional needsLeans in to use of AI, automation, and emerging technologies that improve efficiency and scalability across onboarding and People OperationsStrong analytical skills and the ability to use data and feedback to improve program effectivenessStrong partnership, communication, organization, and multi-project management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levelsA positive, inclusive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to model 11:11's valuesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding cohorts, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentActs as a culture carrier and role model for 11:11's Values, bringing a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented mindset to all interactionsMust be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipBenefitsComprehensive healthcare plan optionsRetirement plan with company matchLife, other supplemental insurancesPaid time off and company holidaysNew Parent LeaveWellness programsIndividuals may also be eligible for variable incentives such as bonuses or sales commissions, which are also based on level and position within the organization.Company Overview11:11 Systems is creating a new model delivering the power of "Everything Connected" in connectivity, cloud, and security solutions.
