As a Program Manager, you will oversee project management activities and ensure the successful execution of healthcare projects while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.ResponsibilitiesLeads internal partners, design team members, and other consultants in performing project feasibility analysisInterface with client’s project leads/administration team, client user groups, property managers, and vendorsLead the qualification, selection, and contract negotiations for A/E firm, General Contractor, and other Owner consultant membersReview, negotiate, and approve A/E, GC, and Other Owner consultant additional work/change order requestsSupervise the programming and planning efforts of the selected architectPerform site analysis and investigationsDevelop detailed schedulesReviews and understands detailed project budgetsObtain required project public approvals (CON, Zoning, Annexation, Site Plan Approval, Wetlands, other Processes)Provide design direction and manage the overall design processEvaluate the adequacy of all construction allowances, contingencies, and general conditionsProvide construction administration in adherence with the Company’s policies and proceduresMonitors the GC performance for areas of potential risk and provides leadership in project safety, quality, and infection preventionProvide project cost control and prepare timely and accurate monthly budget reports and invoicingOversee the selection, procurement, delivery and installation of medical and other equipment, signage, and furniture with applicable vendors/consultantsPrepare monthly reports to clients and is accountable for developing and monitoring project performance indicatorsCreate project overview and status report presentations to clients’ administrationLead by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's valuesCollaborate with others within the company to reach client goals and objectives as well as overall company successEmbraces the company’s culture and works collaboratively with others to reach business goals and objectivesAdditional responsibilities that may become apparent beyond the outlined above responsibilitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administrationA minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare development project management experience including building strong cross-functional relationships to ensure that all client stakeholders are appropriately engaged and satisfiedMust be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and performance leading planning, design, pre-construction, contract negotiations, cost control, scheduling, and team coordination activitiesAdvanced project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling skills are essential for success in this positionStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze data for the client and team to achieve project goals. Must be able to maintain a professional attitudeStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive-level external and internal healthcare clientsStrong ability to multitask, work independently and manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently. Must be self-motivated and possess a proactive attitudeAdvanced proficiency of Microsoft Office programs including (Power Point, Word, Excel, and Teams)Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectationsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize and adhere to tight deadlinesStrong oral and written communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate at all levels of management.
