[Remote] Program Manager - Customer Experience

The Program Manager for Customer Experience will drive execution and validation for customer experience initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of programs.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage integrated workback plans across readiness, validation, communications, and launch milestonesDrive execution cadence (daily/weekly standups, status reviews, checkpoints)Track dependencies, risks, and blockers; proactively drive resolution and communicate tradeoffsPlan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs end-to-endDefine validation phases and manage phased (“ring-based”) deploymentsCoordinate participant onboarding, access, training, and logisticsCapture and synthesize feedback into structured, actionable insightsManage staged rollout processes with clear entry and exit criteriaFacilitate feedback loops, office hours, and iteration cyclesMaintain centralized tracking of issues, feedback, and resolutionsPartner with engineering, customer experience, and readiness teams to align timelines and deliverablesTranslate user and field feedback into clear, prioritized inputsEnsure alignment across parallel workstreams to avoid fragmentationCoordinate readiness activities including training, communications, and launch preparationManage asset development, publication workflows, and compliance approvalsEnsure deliverables are complete, clear, and ready for scaled distributionDevelop high-quality presentations and executive-ready updatesProvide clear, timely status reporting and program insightsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple organizational levelsSkills5–7+ years of program or project management experienceProven experience in workback planning, execution management, and risk mitigationExperience running UAT programs, pilots, or phased/iterative rolloutsStrong cross-functional coordination skills without direct authorityExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), including PowerPoint expertiseAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skillsExperience using collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., SharePoint, project tracking tools, document collaboration platforms)Prior experience working within a large enterprise environment (minimum 1 year)PMP or PMI certificationExperience with Agile/SCRUM methodologiesFamiliarity with ring-based deployment or experimental rollout frameworksExperience in customer experience, readiness, or enablement programsExperience working alongside engineering teams (non-technical program management)Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Planner, Loop, or similar platforms)Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional orchestration in complex environmentsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible Spending Account401k programCompetitive PTO offeringsParental LeaveOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompany OverviewBlueprint is redefining the data solutions ecosystem.
