[Remote] Program Manager, C&P Strategy and Business Operations

They are seeking a Program Manager to join their Strategy and Business Operations team, focusing on leading high-impact operational programs and enhancing decision-making processes within the Creativity + Productivity organization.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead the design and execution of strategic operational programs from initiation through steady-state, with limited oversight ā starting with the HC Planning and Operations COE
ā¢ Define workplans, achievements, governance structures, and success measures; create momentum across concurrent workstreams
ā¢ Build and maintain program artifacts that are clear and usable by others
ā¢ Prepare executive-ready materials for senior audiences
ā¢ Facilitate alignment across cross-functional partners and strategy and operations leads
ā¢ Translate operational complexity into clear recommendations and concise communication tailored to each audience
ā¢ Document current-state processes; diagnose gaps and inefficiencies with a focus on business impact
ā¢ Design and implement improved workflows, approval processes, and operating cadences
ā¢ Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates designed for scale
ā¢ Synthesize data and insights to support planning, decision-making, and executive reporting
Skills
ā¢ 6-10 years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, or business operations in a large, matrixed organization
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs independently ā from structuring the problem through execution
ā¢ Strong fundamentals in program and project management: planning, workstream coordination, and reporting
ā¢ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; you will build executive-ready outputs regularly and without heavy direction
ā¢ Strong analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data
ā¢ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels, from working teams to executive stakeholders
ā¢ Sound judgment, high ownership, and the ability to make progress when not everything is defined
