[Remote] Program Manager

They are seeking a Program Manager to define, prioritize, and execute new product features and strategic programs, collaborating closely with Product Managers and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder engagement.ResponsibilitiesEngage with Product Managers to understand and flesh out the product initiatives they are sponsoringWrite detailed Agile stories for the development teams including detailed requirements and acceptance criteriaEngage with UI designers and software architects to ensure our teams understand both what and how they need to implement new featuresEnsure our teams have an adequate understanding of company and industry standards and policies and adhere to them in their deliverablesLead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions with the teamFacilitate a daily stand-up call with the team to ensure they stay on track with sprint deliverablesWork to resolve impediments quickly to ensure our teams can maximize their productivityTrack issues and risks and drive solutions to mitigate themMaintain a backlog of work and participate in report outs and feedback sessions with stakeholdersEvaluate execution efficiencies and work with process stakeholders to drive continuous improvementsCollaborate closely with engineering management on the execution of our programsSkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in software engineeringMinimum of 2 years of experience in product or program managementExperience as an Agile Product OwnerExperience as an Agile Scrum MasterStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with globally dispersed teamsExperience with managing programs that span multiple teams and stakeholdersExperience with Cloud based solutionsExperience with Azure DevOpsExperience with healthcare applicationsExperience with document workflowCertification in Agile processes such as Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product OwnerBenefits401K plan w/ 6% company match (vests immediately)Flex-Time off + sick time10 company holidaysFull suite of health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)– employee only coverage covered at 100% (no employee cost).
