[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality programs, managing site budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.ResponsibilitiesThe Program Manager is responsible for supporting and monitoring the delivery of high quality programs, in accordance with contract specifications, by supervising all aspects of program operations. This includes, but is not limited to: the management of site budgets; general program oversight, including daily project management and financial management and reporting functions; building partnerships to secure additional/sustaining funding including assisting with grant development; materials coordination, performance management, contract compliance, and resource allocationSupervises and monitors all contracted activities/services at assigned sites to ensure model integrity and contractual complianceInterview, hire, train, and directly supervise staff at assigned program. Responsible for conducting performance evaluations for assigned staff; conduct new hire orientation and onboardingMaintain program/department entry into data systems through accurate and timely input of referrals, client and/or staff demographics, billing, attendance, event, and assessment dataLocate and compile information and complete reports as required by contracting agencies; compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data; keep records of work completed; maintain follow-up system on reports requiring action on periodic basisTrack program/department expenditures, ensuring purchasing orders or invoices and receipts are processed in timely manner; Report income and accruals as required, as assigned; Prepare invoices for program/department expenditures including leadership travel; maintain petty cash receipts; ensure p-card transactions are completed in accurate and timely fashionNetworks with community resources to promote program concept, coordinate fund raising efforts to support existing programs and for program expansionAttend and actively participate in local Community Coalition meetings, Program Community Advisory Council meetings, pertinent funder meetings, local CBC meeting pertaining to overseen programs and other local related collaborationsPrepare, maintain, and distribute program/department payroll time logs and timesheets; coordinate changes or correctionsSkillsBachelor's Degree, from an accredited College or University, in human services or higher education required3+ years full-time experience working with youth and families requiredMust be able to meet requirements for Eckerd Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposesRequired to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policyBenefitsLow-Cost Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance19 days of Paid Time Off the first year11 paid holidaysRetirement savings plan with employer match up to 5%Flexible spending accountsPaid short-term and voluntary long-term disabilityGroup Term Life and AD&D InsuranceVoluntary term life insurancePublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible EmployerPTO ExchangeCompany OverviewEckerd Connects offers foster care, adoption, workforce development, aid for the homeless, transitional services for troubled youth.
