[Remote] Program Manager

The role involves operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring program objectives and performance metrics are met to support employment outcomes for service members and veterans.ResponsibilitiesProvide full operational oversight of program execution, staffing, and service deliveryServe as the primary liaison and advisor to government leadership, including the State Family Program DirectorManage program performance, ensuring compliance with all reporting, outreach, and placement requirementsDevelop and implement strategic plans to improve employment outcomes and program efficiencyOversee data collection, tracking systems, and performance analytics to inform decisionsBuild and maintain partnerships with employers, military units, and community organizationsEnsure timely submission of all required reports (monthly, quarterly, annual, and after-action)Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across all program functionsSkillsStrong program and operations management experienceProven ability to lead teams and manage multi-site service deliveryExperience working with government contracts or federally funded programsAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trendsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including formal reportingAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesProficiency in data tracking systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteUS citizen with the ability to pass a Federal background checkBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant program management or employment services experienceExperience supporting military, veteran, or workforce development programsKnowledge of employment placement strategies and labor market trendsFamiliarity with call center or multi-channel service operationsExperience developing strategic partnerships with public and private sector stakeholdersBackground in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)Prior experience advising senior-level leadershipCompany OverviewNSCG is a mission-focused government contracting firm specializing in human resources, recruiting, marketing, IT support, and language services.
