The role involves leading the delivery of a regulatory program, ensuring compliance and alignment with enterprise priorities while managing complex projects across various teams.ResponsibilitiesClient is seeking an Enterprise Change Delivery (Program) Manager to lead the delivery of regulatory program, "Section 1071 Small Business Lending Rule"This role combines strategic leadership, program execution, and enterprise change management, ensuring regulatory requirements are translated into scalable solutions and successfully delivered across business, technology, and risk functionsThe role serves as a central leader across cross-functional teams, driving alignment with enterprise priorities, managing program complexity, and delivering measurable business outcomesEnsures program alignment to regulatory requirements, e.g. Coverage/Scope (> = 1,000 small business loans in prior years, Plans and coordinates closely with Business Unit/Functional managers and cross functional subject matter experts and key project team members to drive project activities and issue resolutionWorks closely with, and provides direction to business, operations and technology leads to support program needsFollows Client Project Management Lifecyle (PMLC) methodology, risk management routines, and project governance activities (working closely with Risk Program Portfolio Lead and Lead Business partners)Leads teams or multiple teams of internal and/or external resources across the programManages project budget forecast and actuals in accordance with finance and reporting routines and methodologiesAnalyzes and collectively manages variances to the project plan and makes recommendation and/or creates action plan to mitigate negative variances or to resolve issuesPrepares dashboard reporting to identify and communicate the health of the project for use by key executives (in alignment with existing project governance routines)Prepares documentation/presentations to support overall workstream efforts and internal reporting routines, as neededProactively engages key stakeholders to plan, manage, and risk mitigate key items and critical path activitiesProactively works to engage key stakeholders to understand and mitigate any cross team concerns/differences and leads group discussions to develop a resolution path to keep project activities on-schedule with appropriate risk mitigationSkillsKey skills; Program & Project ManagementCommercial LendingRegulatory ComplianceRisk ManagementFinancial Management3 to 5 yrs experience in program and/or project managementSchedule management acumenFinancial management acumenRisk Management acumenStakeholder management skills to engage and drive cross team conversationsProven ability to effectively manage complex project and initiatives, including multiple business partners across different areas as well as large / complex data sets; demonstrated organization skillsProven record of leading complex projects through areas of uncertainty and need for scope clarityProven stakeholder relationship management skills to engage and drive cross team conversations at the project member and senior management stakeholder levelsAbility to communicate project status from both a project execution oriented update and in business progression termsPrior experience implementation regulatory requirementsPrior experience with Client Communications, Teammate Communications and Teammate TrainingPrior experience as a Test ManagerPMP certificationBenefitsHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision)401(k) planPaid sick leave (depending on work location)Company OverviewPyramid Consulting, a global leader in workforce and technology solutions, empowers individuals and organizations to transform and thrive in the most challenging and competitive markets.
