[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager leads individual client projects, managing timelines and relationships while ensuring effective survey design and reporting for Member Experience products.ResponsibilitiesManage project timeline (client facing and internal) to ensure on time survey launch, completion, and reportingBuilds and maintains relationships with client contacts and learns their organization’s unique needs through regularly scheduled meetings and proactive advisement on recommended account/program changesAbility to identify risk and proactively solve problemsProvide support for service failures and service recoveryUpdate survey design based on client goals and feedbackProgram survey design into multiple different platformsMake necessary updates to dashboard reportingPartner with client through project lifecycleLead kick off calls at the start of project in order to appropriately set client expectationsTrack response rates, minimum number of respondents, and sampling to maximize data collection and achieve client’s goalsAct as an engaged and effective member of a team, working with cross-functional partners across the organizationAct as a mentor to new hires and existing teammatesSkillsMinimum 7 years of health care, quality improvement, project management, or experience improvementUnderstanding of the unique challenges within Health Care, Health Plans and Member ExperienceDemonstrated ability to manage large, strategic client projectsUse of demonstrated analytical skills to identify, research, and solve complex problems with a sense of urgencyProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with demonstrated higher level Excel skills preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to question, probe, and/or challenge clients in order to ensure the client's ultimate needs are metAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlinesProven ability to provide recommendations that will support client goals and strategyProven ability to anticipate client questions and needsProven ability to act as a strategic partner and expert in management of client portfoliosProven ability to identify and escalate risk to internal and external partnersBachelor's degree in a related field is requiredProven excellence in the support and service to complex customers is preferredDemonstrated higher level Excel skills preferredBenefitsIn addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.Company OverviewPress Ganey is the leading partner to healthcare providers and health plans improving the experiences of their patients, consumers, and workforce by marrying data with unparalleled technology, analytics, and expertise.
