[Remote] Program Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fox Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. and is hiring a Program Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of television programming across multiple markets. The role involves maintaining complex program schedules and contracts, serving as a liaison between syndicators and local station departments, and ensuring operational success. Responsibilities Create and maintain network and syndication schedules in program management systems Maintain syndication information in internal programming databases Act as the primary point of contact for syndicator portals, distributing critical metadata—such as formats, feed times, and episodic schedules—to engineering, master control, traffic, and creative services Assist Program Managers with schedule distribution to external listings services and station personnel Notify the group regarding changes to network or syndication schedules and maintain market-specific program change distribution lists Enter new syndication contracts into program management systems and monitor program usage Provide local markets with necessary programming data for FCC Quarterly Issues and provide E/I usage reports for annual FCC filings Assist with data maintenance and best practice reviews within various industry software applications Serve as a backup resource for the Program Manager team Skills Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with (or ability to learn) program management systems and listings guides for linear/streaming Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to enter and maintain data accurately across multiple systems Excellent communications skills with a strong ability to coordinate between group-level management and local station departments Benefits Medical/dental/vision Insurance A 401(k) plan Paid time off Other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
