[Remote] Program Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ATF is seeking a Program Analyst to serve in the Human Resources Directorate, reporting to the Executive Resources Program Manager. The role involves managing staffing actions for Merit Promotion Boards and Executive Resources Boards, coordinating with senior leaders, and preparing status reports on ongoing actions.ResponsibilitiesParticipating in a variety of studies, analyses, and evaluations for which the purpose is to identify needs and evaluate operations and programs pertaining to HRPDLocating and reviewing files, and as necessary, contacts other offices and/or outside sources to obtain needed informationWorking directly with senior executives, chiefs of staff, and other directorate representatives to obtain Merit Promotion Board (MPB) members, develop interview questions, and arrange for individual and/or multiple MPBsServing as a consultant to Bureau managers on the MPB and its policies and procedures and provides accurate and reliable information concerning the MPB policies and procedures to other Bureau offices, managers, and representatives of outside entitiesSkillsMust be U.S. Citizen or NationalSelective Service registration is required for males born on, or after, December 31st 1959.
