As a Program Administrator on the Loyalty & Incentives team, you will ensure incentive and loyalty programs run smoothly while directly influencing customer satisfaction and trust.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for inbound and outbound customer calls in both French and EnglishRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email with accuracy, clarity, and professionalismGuide customers through program details, next steps, and resolution pathsReview and verify eligibility using internal tools and program databasesCreate, document, and resolve cases, including critical or escalated issuesEnsure incentive and loyalty payments are processed in line with program rulesWork closely with Program Managers, Supervisors, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve program outcomesCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to support timely resolutionsContribute to smooth handoffs across shifts and teams to maintain continuityFollow established quality standards, policies, procedures, and work instructionsHandle confidential and sensitive information—including PII—with accuracy and discretionSupport consistent, repeatable processes that protect customers and clients alikeParticipate in scheduled training during onboarding and ongoing program updatesWork a consistent schedule of 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, following initial training hoursAdapt to evolving program needs while maintaining attention to detail and service qualitySkillsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experienceFluency in spoken and written French and EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skills with customers and colleaguesExperience handling customer interactions via phone and emailComfort working with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to follow detailed processes while providing thoughtful, effective solutionsExperience supporting loyalty, incentives, or customer engagement programsFamiliarity with CRM or case management systemsExposure to regulated or compliance‑driven environments involving customer dataExperience working within integrated marketing, customer experience, or services teamsComfort using multiple systems to research, document, and resolve customer casesBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageA 401(k) retirement planPaid holidaysFlexible Time Off (FTO)Additional programs focused on wellness, financial security, and professional growthCompany OverviewAt OneMagnify, we help transformational brands turn insight into action.
