[Remote] Program & Administrative Assistant

They are seeking a Program & Administrative Assistant who will provide coordination, administrative, and research support to ensure the smooth operation of their programs and initiatives.ResponsibilitiesMaintain partnership records, databases, and project tracking systemsSupport granting coordination and reportingTrack timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across projectsConduct research and create briefs on nonprofit organizations, social issues, and emerging cultural conversationsCommunicate project status and raise concerns or roadblocks proactivelyCoordinate internal platforms and systems, including Salesforce and Google DriveSchedule meetings and support team coordinationMonitor shared inboxes and maintain organizational documentationTake notes and track action items from meetingsSupport process improvements and special projectsProvide administrative support to the CEO and Program Team as neededSkills1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, research, administration, or a related fieldStrong research, analysis, and critical thinking skillsAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insightsStrong written communication skills and attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlinesAble to work independently and collaboratively within a remote teamExperience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (Salesforce an asset)Experience in the nonprofit sectorFamiliarity with the music industry, touring, or ticketingUnderstanding of Canadian and/or U.S. charitable complianceCompany OverviewPLUS1 is a leading charity that mobilizes cultural leaders to bring visibility, awareness and funding for social and environmental justice.
