[Remote] Professional Services Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Services Operations Coordinator to support Training, Resource Management, Project Administration, and Professional Services Operations activities across international teams.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate training schedules with trainers, customers, and partners based on training requests and public training plansProcess online training requests, create orders, complete related documentation, and manage associated administrative tasksCollaborate with responsible teams to publish training calendars on websites and partner portalsProvision and maintain training environments using Skytap and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teamsAdminister Litmos, including updating partner records, maintaining training calendars, and generating training certificatesSupport partner and implementation professional certification processesManage administrative tasks related to training delivery, including work authorization processing, assignments, parent project setup, planning, and vendor and customer invoicingSupport resource scheduling and assignment creationCreate work authorizations and budgets for subcontractor resources and ensure projects are properly shared with assigned personnelAssist subcontractors with timesheet submission, expense reporting, invoicing, and general administrative inquiriesCoordinate subcontractor onboarding and offboarding activities, including contract requests and account creationCoordinate special billing projects and request manual invoices from Project Accounting when requiredReview and approve vendor invoices while coordinating with Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing and issue resolutionSupport customers and internal finance teams with invoice-related questions, including timesheets, budget utilization, and remaining project balancesParticipate in regular project reviews and collaborate with Project Managers on expired projects, order amendments, project corrections, conversions, and administrative updatesReview customer orders and submit them for processingCreate opportunities and quotations in Salesforce upon request from Services Leaders and Project ManagersSupport the creation of Statements of Work and related project documentationCoordinate approval workflows and legal requestsProvide operational and administrative support for Professional Services projects and training engagementsSkillsPrevious experience in project coordination, operations, professional services administration, training operations, or resource managementStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across international teamsExperience working with customer-facing and cross-functional processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working with administrative systems and business applicationsProficiency in English, both written and spokenExperience with Salesforce, Litmos, or Skytap is considered an advantageBenefitsRemote-first, international delivery environment with strong peer supportExposure to complex enterprise customers and real-world identity security challengesCompetitive compensation and benefits, plus clear growth opportunitiesOur people demonstrate our winning culture through positive and meaningful relationships.We invest in our people and offer a series of programs that enables them to pursue a career that fulfills their potential.Our team membersβ health and wellness is our priority as well as rewarding them for their hard work.Company OverviewWith flexible deployment options β from self-managed to fully managed β our solutions integrate seamlessly into your environment to strengthen your identity perimeter, protect against breaches and ensure governance and compliance.
