They are seeking a Professional Services GTM Manager to drive the marketing and sales of UiPath services offerings, collaborating closely with the software sales team to support contract closure and solution delivery.ResponsibilitiesMaintain an excellent understanding of the UiPath productKeep abreast with latest product offerings, capabilitiesUnderstand competitor landscape and talk-track around "Why UiPath Services"Maintain a strong understanding of UiPath Services Packages and OfferingsPartner with product GTM, sales and other external facing teams early in the sales lifecycle to sell UiPath’s services offerings to clientsAssist in the design of services packages and others materials used to solicit new accounts, market segments, including both T&M contracts and Fixed Fee contractsDefine priorities, scope, resource/cost requirements and develop proposal for program/product implementation servicesHelp make customer’s economic buyer build a business case to purchase UiPath’s services — participate in process analysis to position automation ROIWork with account teams and GTM partners to scope, contract, and onboard partner delivery teamsWork with account teams to evangelize partner offerings and partner capabilities on the UiPath platformYou will help align UiPath services offerings and experience to Financial Industry business needsYou will support the Financials Industry account, marketing, and GTM teams to align Services offerings to the larger GTM vision within the Financials industrySkillsExperience solutioning and selling automation and agentic servicesAt least one of the following: 5+ years' professional experience, primarily focused on customer-facing roles and services selling rolesAt least one of the following: 5+ years' of software sales, especially enterprise software sales with large implementation and services offeringsAt least one of the following: 5+ years' of sales engineering experiencing working with customers to scope and position the correct offeringStrong knowledge about the role and value of a professional services organization at an Enterprise Software companyExperience building and selling repeatable offerings, measuring outcomes, and adjusting offerings based on experienceAbility to partner with sales teams and network within the Go To Market organizationStrong knowledge of AI, Agentic, and/or automation technologies and their business valueCompany OverviewUiPath is a software company that designs and develops robotic process automation and artificial intelligence applications.
