Connect Tech+Talent is seeking a Professional Services Associate Consultant to support the delivery of exceptional consulting services to clients in North America and EMEA. The role involves gathering client requirements, assisting in software configuration, and developing technical knowledge to drive positive customer outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLearn our products and features, as well as systems, software development, and business processesDevelop technical knowledge through training, mentoring, and hands-on experienceApply growing technical expertise to support client implementations and other professional services engagementsAssist in identifying and resolving business or technical issues under guidance from Consultants and Solutions ArchitectsSupport the configuration and customization of solutions to meet client requirementsParticipate in client meetings and interactions with supervision from experienced team membersHelp gather and document client needs and requirementsDevelop skills in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersSupport client adoption activities and implementation effortsLearn to represent the company professionally and demonstrate the value of our solutionsSupport project activities from inception to completionHelp track progress against timelines and deliverablesLearn project management methodologies and apply them in daily workAssist in identifying potential risks that could impact project successSupport client expectation management throughout the project lifecycleAssist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholdersDocument solutions and configurations under guidance from Consultants and Solutions ArchitectsHelp capture relevant information for knowledge base articlesMaintain accurate and detailed records of project activities and decisionsContribute to the organization and accessibility of project documentationAdopt all processes, best practices, and operational elements to ensure consistencyWork effectively with team members and cross-functional teamsParticipate actively in knowledge sharing sessions and team meetingsSeek mentorship and guidance from experienced consultantsDemonstrate a collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from othersSupport the Professional Services Consulting Manager and team in achieving objectivesSkills1-3 years of experience in technical or business consulting, customer-facing roles, or a related fieldBasic understanding of enterprise software solutionsAptitude for learning technical systems and processesStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to approach problems methodically and logicallyBasic understanding of project management conceptsGood verbal and written communication abilitiesBachelor's degree required, degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field a plusWillingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international) to support client engagementsSome experience with enterprise software or SaaS platforms preferredFamiliarity with UX/UI design principles a plusClient-facing experience a plusInterest in software configuration and customizationRelevant certifications a plus but not requiredRecent graduates or early career professional's welcomeCompany OverviewConnect Tech+Talent brings together highly qualified technology professionals with great companies.
